Dr. Amit Kumar Sinha is Bihar's first National Board Certified Joint Replacement Surgeon and the pioneer of the Nano Technique — a minimally invasive approach delivering the best outcomes with the smallest incision, minimal blood loss, and the fastest return to daily life.
Using the Nano Technique, patients walk as soon as 4 hours after surgery and bear full weight independently from the very next morning. He completed his fellowship at SHALBY Hospitals, Ahmedabad — India's highest-volume joint replacement centre — before joining BIG Apollo Spectra Hospital, Patna as Consultant Joint Replacement & Orthopaedics.
He is the author of the world's largest series on infected knee management after multiple revision surgeries, and the world's largest series on distal femur non-unions. He has peer-reviewed over 50 papers for the Indian Journal of Orthopedics.
